Users may request deletion of their Sunoo To Sahi account and associated personal information at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please send an email to: support@sunootosahi.com
Please include the following information in your request:
• Registered Email Address
• User Name (if applicable)
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
Verification Process
For security purposes, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and approval of your request, the following information will be permanently deleted or anonymized:
• User profile information
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Account preferences and settings
• User-generated account data associated with your profile
Deletion Timeline
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of successful verification of your request.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention and security purposes
• Dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements
• Backup and recovery systems (up to 90 days)
Any retained information will be securely stored and deleted when no longer required.
